Once your system is installed, you will benefit from optimal security in your home.

Your central unit and cameras will connect via Wi-Fi to your internet box and you can control everything from anywhere using the Daewoo Home Connect app.

You'll receive alert notifications when a security alert is triggered, and you can remotely view what's happening in your home with real-time viewing of your surveillance cameras. After checking your cameras, you can even manually trigger the system's siren remotely to deter intrusion.

Your control panel operates on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. This network is available in all homes equipped with an internet box.

To install your system, you must connect to your 2.GHz network. To do this, you have two options:

• Disable your 5GHz network while the installation is in progress. In this case, you will be automatically connected to 2.4GHz.
• Disassociate your networks from your internet box settings so they are clearly identifiable. Then rename them Network XXX 2.4Ghz and Network XXX 5Ghz. This option will make your future installations easier.

For help with your internet settings, contact your internet provider.

Important: In addition to selecting your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network, you must have a Wi-Fi password that is less than 20 characters long. The mobile app will not accept passwords that are too long.

Also make sure to disable any VPNs or Antiviruses on your phone or internet box during installation.

Yes, absolutely. This is called Home Mode. When installing accessories on your control panel, you will define the operating mode. If you set an accessory to Home Mode, at that point, it will function normally in Armed mode but will be disabled in Home Mode. This mode is often used for motion detectors to allow movement around the house at night without triggering the alarm. Only door switches or vibration detectors remain active.

This feature is optional and is not required for your system to operate properly.

The SIM card is useful in two distinct cases:

• If you don't have internet access at home, you'll control your system via SMS. You can only install the alarm system and its accessories. Other devices offered on our site, such as surveillance cameras or smart home systems, only work via Wi-Fi. You also won't have access to the mobile app.
• If you want to strengthen the security of your system already connected to your internet box . Indeed, if you have a security system connected to Wi-Fi and a general power outage interrupts your internet connection, your system will be offline. To allow your system to continue protecting your home, you can add a SIM card to your alarm center. You will receive your various alerts by SMS. During this time, you will not have access to your surveillance cameras or your mobile application. Only the center and its accessories will remain operational.

Your mobile app allows you to create scenarios between your different devices. They can then interact with each other.

This only concerns devices operating via WiFi such as the alarm control panel, surveillance cameras or products from our Connected Home range.

You can then program different scenarios adapted to your needs and desires, such as:

• IF the alarm goes off THEN I turn on a light. (This function requires a connected outlet)
• IF my W502 camera detects movement THEN I trigger the system (This function is not available with all cameras)
• IF I open my roller shutters THEN I turn on the light (requires a roller shutter switch and a connected socket)
• IF the alarm goes off THEN I close the roller shutters (requires a roller shutter switch)

Your scenarios are composed of two criteria: IF and THEN. You can create a multitude of scenarios that will be adapted to your use of the system.

The Tasks function (or manual scenario) allows you to add a button to the home page of your application to simply execute one or more functions. (turn on all my connected sockets or close all my electric shutters). You can find explanatory videos on our YouTube channel.

By default, cameras don't trigger an alarm when motion is detected, but send a notification to your phone. This is one of the strengths of our system, which provides flexibility in this regard.

If you want the alarm to be triggered if your camera detects movement, you simply need to create a scenario to indicate this to the system.

The remote keyboard is useful in two situations:

• You have two entrances to your home and want to be able to arm/disarm your system at both entrances. Place the control panel at your main entrance and the keypad next to your second entrance.
• You may want to place your control panel in a more central location in your home or one that is less accessible. In this case, we recommend placing the keypad near your main entrance so you can arm/disarm your system.

In the event of a power outage, the control panel and sirens will switch to backup batteries.

If your internet box is protected by a UPS, you will continue to receive notifications on your app. If your box is off, and if you have inserted a SIM card into the control panel, you will receive trigger notifications via SMS. Please note that in this case, the cameras will not be accessible because they only work via Wi-Fi.
