“Your Alarm Refunded”
Article 1 - Definition and conditions of the operation
SAS LIZ INVEST - NEW DEAL, registered in the BORDEAUX trade and companies register
under number 791022692 whose head office is located at 6 Rue Léon Morane in MERIGNAC (33700),
is organizing an operation with an obligation to purchase entitled “Your alarm refunded”.
This operation consists of the reimbursement, by drawing lots, of the order of the winning customer,
up to a limit of 500 euros, for any purchase of an eligible alarm pack, made between March 1, 2025 and
March 31, 2025.
This regulation defines the terms and legal rules applicable to this operation:
• SAS LIZ INVEST - NEW DEAL is also referred to hereinafter as: “the Organizer”
• The “Participant” in the competition is also referred to hereinafter as “the Participant”.
Article 2 - Conditions of participation
This operation is open to any legal or natural person (adult), residing in France after
acceptance of the conditions of participation in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and
the exclusion of staff members of the Organizing Company and their families, including
cohabitants, and generally companies participating in the implementation of this game
directly or indirectly.
To participate in the draw, the participant must have purchased an alarm pack
containing at least one central unit (eligible models: PA501Z, AM301, AM302 or SA501), without
minimum amount, on the organizer's website (www.daewoo-security.fr), between March 1
2025 and March 31, 2025.
Only one entry per household (same last name and same address) is accepted during the entire
the duration of the operation.
Members of SAS LIZ INVEST - NEW DEAL are excluded from any participation in the operation.
Participation in the operation implies unreserved acceptance of the Rules. Any fraud, or
attempted fraud, manifested by a commencement of execution and committed with a view to collecting
unduly a refund, non-compliance with the Regulations, or any malicious intent of
disrupt the progress of the operation, may result in the eviction of its author, the Organizer
reserving the right to initiate legal proceedings against him. Similarly, if it is proven that
the progress of the operation is disrupted by third parties, but a Participant is complicit in these
actions, his participation will also be considered inadmissible and prosecution will be

Article 3 - Dates of the operation
The operation will concern the purchase of an eligible alarm pack, in the following period:
Start date of the operation: March 1, 2025
End date of the operation: March 31, 2025
Article 4 – Terms of participation
4.1) Conditions of admissibility of participation
In order for the participation request to be validated by the Organizer, the participant must imperatively
:
a) Make a purchase of an alarm pack containing at least one control panel (eligible models:
PA501Z, AM301, AM302 or SA501), without minimum amount
b) Express your willingness to participate in the competition by ticking the box provided for this purpose in
time of order.
The organizer will check the admissibility of the request.
4.2) Guarantees and liability regarding the validity of applications
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it does not
does not proceed as agreed: any virus, bug, violation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, problem
technical or other cause beyond the control of the organizer alters and affects the administration, the
safety, fairness, integrity, or conduct of the Organizer. Generally, Participants
guarantee the Organizer of this competition against any recourse, actions or claims that
could form, in any capacity whatsoever, any third party, under all guarantees and commitments
taken. Any incomplete or erroneous participation will be rejected, without the responsibility of
the Organizer may be held liable. Any false statement by a participant will result in their
exclusion from the competition without the Organizer being held liable. Thus,

4.3) Terms of the draw
The organizer checks that the entries comply with the rules.
The organizer sends to SELARL CLEMENT GAY the list of all customers having
agreed to participate in the competition following an online purchase (in accordance with the terms of this
regulation).
The draw is carried out by the Commissioner of Justice on April 25, 2025, on the basis of the list of
buyers with email and contact details, extracted by SAS LIZ INVEST - NEW DEAL, within 14 days
after the last sale on March 31, 2025.
The prize (reimbursement) will be awarded after a draw carried out by the Judicial Commissioner.
The organizer will then contact the winner (using the contact details provided at
the occasion of participation) in order to give them their prize.
Article 5 - Endowments
This competition includes the following prize (one prize only): reimbursement of the order of
winning customer who will be drawn at random, up to a maximum of 500 euros.
For example:
- If a customer purchases an eligible pack for 400 Euros, the refund will be 400 Euros.
- If a customer purchases an eligible pack for 700 Euros, the refund will be 500 Euros
maximum.
The reimbursement cannot give rise to any dispute of any kind on the part of the winner.
Article 6 - Personal and nominative data
The personal data of participants collected as part of this operation are intended
to the organizer. This data is necessary to take participations into account. It may
be used for statistical and marketing studies, and, subject to the agreement of the
participants, commercial prospecting.
The Organizing Company processes the participants' data for the purpose of carrying out this operation.
Participants' data will be deleted as soon as the processing necessary for this purpose is completed.

In accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection
personal character, each participant has a right of access, erasure, rectification,
limitation of processing, opposition to commercial prospecting including profiling, opposition
for legitimate reasons, to define directives relating to the fate of his data after his death as well as
than a right to portability. Participants may exercise their rights upon simple request by
mail to SELARL CLEMENT GAY – 1 Rue du Golf – 33700 MERIGNAC, attaching a copy
of an identity document.
Participants who exercise their right to object or erase data concerning them
before the end of the operation will be deemed to have waived their participation.
Article 7 - Responsibilities and rights of the Organizer
• Reserves the right, at any time and without notice or obligation to justify its decision, to shorten,
extend, postpone or cancel the operation as well as modify all or part of the conditions
access and/or the terms of implementation of the operation, without its liability being able to
be incurred nor that any compensation may be claimed from him as a result.
Reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit winnings or cancel this
operation in the event of force majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, its
liability cannot be incurred as a result.

• Disclaims all liability in the event of technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software

computer and the data stored there and the consequences that may result for their
personal, professional or commercial activity.
Article 9 - Exclusion conditions
Participation in this operation implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in
these regulations without any reservation or prior condition from the Participant, failure to comply with said
regulation, resulting in the exclusion of the operation, the pure and simple nullity of its participation and
the allocation of the reimbursement.
Article 10 - Filing of the regulations and consultation
These regulations are filed with SELARL CLEMENT GAY, having its registered office at 1 Rue du
Golf in MERIGNAC (33700). It can be sent upon simple request, free of charge, to any
person who would request it in a sufficiently stamped envelope (attach their contact details) in
writing within a period not exceeding fifteen calendar days from the end of the operation
(postmark as proof) to the address: SELARL CLEMENT GAY – 1 Rue du Golf – 33700
MERIGNAC.

Article 11 - Competent jurisdictions
These regulations are subject to French law. The parties shall endeavor to resolve amicably any disputes
dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these regulations. If the disagreement persists, it will be
submitted to the competent courts. The Participant acknowledges having read this
regulation, accept it without reservation.
