The 4G+ technology integrated into the PA501Z control panel will allow you to continue using your application and manage your system with ease.
Please note that in the event of a Wi-Fi outage, and if your control panel is equipped with a SIM card, you will only have access to the control panel and its accessories. The cameras, which only work via Wi-Fi, will not be accessible.

The theoretical maximum distance is approximately 90 meters in open spaces. This distance then decreases depending on the type of wall or separation.

The SIM card is useful in two distinct cases:

- If you do not have internet access at home. Find information about this in the question above.

- If you want to strengthen the security of your security system that has internet access. Indeed, by adding a SIM card to your PA501Z alarm system, you will be protected even in the event of an internet outage. The GSM part will then take over to allow your system to function.

Please note: without an internet connection, you won't have access to your surveillance cameras. However, thanks to this PA501Z control panel and its unique technology, you can access your Daewoo Home Connect mobile app.

The WVD502Z vibration detector, as its name suggests, is triggered when it detects a vibration. It is therefore ideal for protecting large glass surfaces that could be broken to allow intrusion.

The WDS502Z door switch, on the other hand, only triggers when it's open. It works perfectly for a front door. However, if you've positioned it over a window and it's broken and not open, your detector won't alert you to an intrusion.

These two accessories can be used together, for double security.

Zigbee is a communications protocol that offers several advantages, such as low bandwidth and low power consumption. The Zigbee standard is also more secure thanks to its 128-bit encryption keys.

Your PA501Z control panel requires mains power to operate. However, it has a backup battery that lasts approximately 12 hours.

All compatible accessories (SA501 and Zigbee) also operate on batteries. The only accessories that require mains power are: the WOS501 outdoor siren and the WIS502 indoor siren.
