SHIPPING TERMS

Our items are delivered to mainland France and Belgium.

Shipping costs are available on online sales platforms when ordering. (Free delivery from €50 in Metropolitan France and Belgium).

PLEASE NOTE : The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery. If the goods are damaged during transport, the customer must always make a specific handwritten reservation on the delivery slip when the carrier arrives. Otherwise, Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO is not responsible for any device damaged during transport.
As long as the consumer does not express any reservations on the delivery slip presented by the carrier, the goods are presumed to have been delivered complete, compliant and in good condition.

Delivery times:
The delivery time indicated on online sales platforms when ordering is given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of the items and the delivery times of the different carriers.
Exceeding this deadline may under no circumstances be held against Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO, nor give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.
Packages are delivered by different carriers depending on the merchandise and weight, to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. As such, Liz Invest - Daewoo is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Risk transfer occurs upon delivery of the merchandise.
Liz Invest - Daewoo cannot be held liable in the event of contractual non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problem, strike, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, or bad weather.


SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Our products have a full contractual warranty (parts and labor) from the date of purchase, for a period of two years, provided that they are used in accordance with the intended purpose of the product and the instructions in the user manual.
This warranty does not apply to any misuse, poor maintenance, case breakage, normal wear and tear parts, repairs attempted by you, disassembly of the product, drops or impacts, replacement of batteries or batteries.
To ensure proper installation of the product, the customer benefits from technical assistance by email at contact@daewoo-security.fr, available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Consumer will also find all the information necessary for the proper functioning of their device on the website daewoo-security.fr

Regardless of the contractual guarantee thus granted, all new products for sale on online purchasing platforms and sold by the company Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity of a product sold directly by the company Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO on an online sales platform, it may be returned or exchanged.



RETURN AND REFUND


Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of art. L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer (non-professional individual) has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day after receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. During this period, the Consumer may return the product(s) to Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, except for the return costs, which are his responsibility.
The returned product(s) must be intact, complete, with all accessories and instructions, packaged in the original packaging to the following address: (in the event of opened or damaged products, Liz Invest reserves the right to apply a deduction from the price or to refuse the return and reimbursement).

Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO will refund the product(s) (including initial shipping costs) upon receipt of the product(s) at its premises. This refund to the Consumer will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Failure to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- If the product(s) have suffered damage or have been used;
- If the product(s) ordered are not returned in their original condition;
- If the aforementioned period of 14 clear days is exceeded.

In the event of a used, unpacked or damaged product, Liz Invest reserves the right to deduct the sale price on the website www.daewoo-security.fr of the product concerned from the refund amount or to refuse the entire return.


Right of exchange/return
During the product warranty period, and in the event of a defective component, your device can be exchanged/returned in mainland France.
In the event of an exchange/return, the Consumer must contact the After-Sales Service of Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO directly by email. The return request must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Generally, return requests are processed within 72 hours maximum. Please note that a package returned without postage or postage due will not be accepted by our services.
When returning your product, please ensure that the packaging is sturdy. We are not responsible for any device damaged during shipping. In addition, the product must be returned complete, with all original accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Depending on the purchase value of the product and the cause of its defect, we reserve the right to refund the purchase value of the product or to exchange or repair all or part of the returned product.
Outbound shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the consumer, return shipping costs are the responsibility of Liz Invest SAS – DAEWOO.
